The Orlando - Bromeliad Society of Central Florida will be hosting the Orlando Mothers day sale 2010 from May 7 to 9, 2009 at the Orlando Fashion Square Mall during normal mall hours.

Our Orlando mother's day sale is the best place to pick up mom's unique gift, a live plant tha requires little care. Stop in on your way to moms house and grab what catches your eye. Our mother's day sale will be located in the mallway in the entrance to the east of sears, next to the Panera bread restaurant.

The mall is located at 3201 East Colonial Drive, Orlando FLorida 32803, our mothers day sale is an annual event and many great plants will be in the show and sale. Bring your mother and let her pick from the many different varieties, shapes and sizes of plants that our members will have for sale. You cannot find these plants in any store . Our mother's day event is located adjacent to several restaurants and activities.
Mom will have a tremendous time viewing our plant show with its many different bromeliads that will dazzle and amaze her. Mother's day will be a special event this year as mom will take back memories of the many different plants that she has never seen or heard of, and additionally she will be able to shop our collector plants and select the ones she wishes to take home. Some of the plants that mom will find at our mothers day show and sale have never been sold before, new hybrids. Let mom be the first to have one of our newly released hybrids. Our Orlando mothers day sale has gained a reputation throughout the years as the go to place for new and exciting plants. Our members will replenish the plants throughout mothers day weekend so you will be sure to get a spectacular plant regardless of when you are able to attend out mothers day event. There will be Bromeliad Plant sales, which give you access to the many bromeliads that are considered rare or are not common in peoples collections. Additionally, there will be an orlando mothers day raffle for a large garden statue, your first entry is free, additional entries are one dollar each, this statue that we are raffling is hand carved n bali and is piped to be used as a fountain.

At Our Orlando mother's day sale, we will have limited boxes and bags to carry plants in. Be sure to Be Green and bring your own boxes, bags, wagon, etc. to carry your bromeliad plants with.

Our Orlando mothers day show will have plants that are judged on the beauty and hamony of the whole plant's appearance in foliage, form, and color development.

-Quality of foliage related to growth pattern and lack of damage.

-Conditions of display of the cultivar's characteristics.

-Conditions of mannagement for cultivations : existing or not damaged by disease, insect or weeds etc.
